5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
- Approval: If approved, the refund will be processed automatically within 3-7 working days.

- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if the item is returned with missing parts not due to our error).
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), TreMall will bear the full shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or “no longer needed,” the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
