3. Orders & Cancellations
  • Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation call or message.
  • TreMall reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, inaccuracies, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our support at 01886644345 within 12 hours of placing the order.
4. Shipping & Delivery
  • We offer nationwide delivery across Bangladesh.
  • Estimated delivery times are 2-3 days within Dhaka and 3-7 days outside Dhaka.
  • While we strive for timely delivery, TreMall is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., political strikes, natural disasters).
5. Payments
  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, and other secure payment methods.
  • For COD orders, customers must pay the full invoice amount to the delivery agent before opening the package (unless “open-box delivery” is specified).
6. Intellectual Property
  • All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, and images, is the property of TreMall and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of our brand name “TreMall” or any content is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
